HELP is an integrated learning journey that involves 12 weeks of self-paced learning online, the implementation of a salient Capstone Project throughout a 6-month period which ensures that the practical application of the curriculum can be directly applied in the respective healthcare facilities, work clinics and quarterly convergences to support the system performance and improved health outcomes desired.
Graduates of this programme will not only be armed with the requisite skill set to bring about transformative and sustainable system-wide changes to their facilities, upon completion of this programme, they will also be admitted as alumni to a select group of healthcare professionals that promote life-long learning as a continuous lifestyle.
CURRICULUM HIGHLIGHTS
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
This refers to the capstone project.
The capstone project is an integral part of the programme to ensure that the integrated modular lessons are applied to real-life issues faced by the participants in their respective facilities.
Each participant is expected to develop a project proposal at the end of the twelve weeks of online instruction and will receive support and guidance to enable the development of a project that credibly addresses an organisational pain point within the nine-month period of implementation.
